Worst Service - Could not figure out problem for 3 months
After taking the van back and forth 5 times to this shop, and spending over $1500 on alternator, BCM unit, programming, then another BCM unit, then re-programming, then multiple remotes to open, the radio and locks still do not work on the van. The shop personnel could not figure out why the battery was being drained - and they spent many weeks and a lot of money trying to figure out. Still couldnt fix the van and ended up taking it to FORD who re-programmed the BCM unit to make it work.

We apologize for your bad experience at our location, Just a remander! We do not have control over parts that customers bring to get the job done.  Other than that , We will like for, You to let us know for further repairs... What can we do to improve our service to please our customers ?

David said the service was pretty poorly done. The people broke the new wheel bearing in the process and they did not have the proper equipment and the knowledge to do this. They should have told him this and he would have taken his vehicle to another facility. He was charged $200 labor and when he went back, they told him they did not want to touch the vehicle. He would like the manager to rectify this.

Salvador said he went to this business to replace the engine on his vehicle. He said they did not replace the manifold, instead they cleaned it with an oil cleanser and said it was new. They were not honest with him. He went back the next day, and they replaced it.

Thank you Salvador for allowing install the engine into your truck. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the manifold, but we did not clean the old one off with oil cleaner. We did in fact install a new one onto your engine. Let us know if you'd like another copy of the receipt for the new manifold.
