Amazing Experience
I had a horrible situation in which my daughters car could not be repaired at a AAA auto care place in White Marsh. My brother suggested towing it hear and I could not be more pleased. I was sure it was going to need an engine replacement but after replacing the timing belt and a few minor issues the car runs great.
Thanks to Teri and the staff for a job well done. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

Total rip off!
Took my truck in for an inspection and they attempted to take me for a ride. Charged me over 430 for parts that I purchased myself for 280 some of which I didn't need. Then they were going to charge me over 1200 for the labor! Almost 12 hours for what in reality only took under 5. They of course offered to have the work financed so they would have a chance to squeeze some extra interest out of me. Not sure if their rent was due and it had been a slow month or what, but I would steer clear of this place!

Great Communication, friendly, very professional,
Took my 2006 Saturn Ion in for a Md state inspection, It was done in the time that was quoted, communications were great, as they were very friendly and professional, Explaining in detail, and the place was spotless, would absolutely do business with All Phase Auto again !

Oil change
I have been doing business with All Phase for several years. I have a new car now and brought my car in for an oil change. I had an appointment and stayed while my car was worked on. I was in and out in less than an hour. Really nice, friendly people. Bathroom was very clean.

Spoke with Ray. He said they told Ron that he needed a whole new steering column and wanted to charge too much. They charged him $100dollars for the diagnostic and didn't work on the vehicle.

We spent over an hour diagnosing that vehicle while you waited.  You seen the column completely dissembled and then put back together.  That's what your $100 charge went towards in which you agreed to pay before we touched the vehicle.  Our conclusion was a internal defect in the column.
