Navarro said that she came here to get her vehicle ready for inspection, this included having a window replaced and a rear mirror fixed so that it doesn't shake at all. The mirror is still shaking but not as bad. For this reason she did not pass her inspection and now has to wait 2 days for her window to sit and then go back for them to access the mirror so that she can have her vehicle inspected again and she isn't happy about it.

Matt said he took it in for a heater core. They got grease on his seat and now he has to figure out how to clean his seat. The heater puts out hot air, but the knob does not line up properly. He said the owner knew about the knob not lining up when he picked it up. It cost him$1200 and that's a lot of money. He added it just doesn't seem quite fair to him.

Customer service at the front desk is excellent (Teri). She provides information re: what needs to be done (by priority) and the estimates for each of the repairs. Actual repairs after the fact are a little questionable. The first time I used All Phase Auto, a new battery was installed. Several weeks after that I had to call AAA twice in one day (first responder not too competent; but the 2nd responded caught the fact that the battery terminals were not tight enough, causing my car to not start, not even turnover when turning the key in the ignition). On the second visit, the reverse back lights were checked and supposedly fixed, but within a week, there are signals on my dashboard indicating some problem with the rear lighting. My car is 15 years old, so I do understand that problems are to be expected.
