Clayton said it took this business way too long to complete his service. He kind of understands that the delay was not completely their fault. The repair was supposed to be one or two days but it ended up taking a month and a half. He is not going back to them and he would not recommend them due to the time it took. They kept saying the part was on back order. He was told multiple times to come in for service but every time he did, the part was still not there. It was a huge inconvenience.

Lisa said she brought her vehicle to this business to fix her transmission and they were unable to fix her vehicle. They promised her a follow up call about a vehicle part which she never received.
