everything scheduled finished on time at or below the estimated charge.
i had my brakes flushed, my manual transmission serviced, my radiator serviced and coolant flushed on my 1998 ford ranger, 4 cyl., ext. cab, 2wd truck. everything went well and i am absolutely satisfied.

While, like any business, they want to make money; this business also takes care of its customers. If you NEED something done, they recommend it. If it can wait for a while, they let you know that also. Fantastic to work with!

Unscheduled Maintenance
My 2007 Lexus developed a bad alternator. I arrive at Ritchies at 8;30 AM and poor Dave is swamped with people out sick and the boss coming in late. I left it there and Ritchie called me later that afternoon, said it would take 8 hours to replace the alternator. He got it to me on the following tuesday and cheaper than the price he quoted me initially. I am very satisfied with the level of service I receive at Automotive Diagnostics.

accurate estimates, work finished on schedule.
had not had much of the long range service/maintenance performed for a few years because i had not been putting many miles on my truck. recently i've been preparing to sell my car and make the truck my only vehicle. got a diagnostic checkup done and received a printout of major and minor issues. discussed priorities, both mechanical and financial, and began getting caught up on making my 1998 ford ranger my every day driver. richie answered all questions and presented multiple scenarios and options for the ongoing future of my 20 year old truck.
