Helen said the first time she took her vehicle to the business the staff found nothing wrong but suggested it was her starter. She asked them if it was the gas gage and they said no. She brought the vehicle back and the second time they said they could not find what was wrong with the vehicle. Later they stated that it had to do with the gas gage. The final bill was expensive the business was nice and she had no hard feelings about the experience.

"no fix"
The guys are great here! Unfortunately, after having my truck for a week and $450, they could not figure out the hard starting problem. Now I have to try another shop or dealership... and more money. Good effort I guess...

Fred said when he went to pick his vehicle up he noticed that the facility put on his receipt that he should get additional work for leaking valves, but they never said a word to him about it or asked if he wanted them to do anything about it. He said this business should be more clear.

Hello Fred, when we noticed that the tranny hoses had a leak in them it was after repairs were complete and we went for a test drive.  Due to the fact that we had a full schedule and knew you needed the vehicle back it was not a major issue to fix them right away.  We put the recommendation on the work order and explained to your wife when she picked up the vehicle up that it should be done at a later date when convient.  Sorry for the miscommunacation.  If you would like to get them fix, please call and schedule another appointment.  Thank you for the honest review.

Mares said his vehicle was not fixed to his satisfaction at this business. He was told that among other problems he had a faulty solenoid, which would cost $3000 to replace. They also replaced the rear tank and since then his vehicle does not accelerate the same way it used to. It also gets less miles per tank of gas. He used to get 100 plus miles, but now it only gets 30. He will be taking his vehicle to another business to get repaired.
