The service was fine
Service as I said was good. The sales dept. has to learn when to back off when a customer is getting anxious and wants out. It was not a good experience for my young daughter.

Always helpful and very nice.
They are very helpful and do not push services on you that you do not want. They make suggestions and treat you like you are a person. I highly recommend the service area and also the sales men. I have had a wonderful experience at Balise Hyundai of Fairfield.

Service is excellent! Oil change done within 45 minutes without an appointment was incredible!
The service advisor Angel, was very professional and accommodating to me as I had no appointment scheduled and he was able to provide me an oil service and a headlight replacement all within a 45 minute window. Not only was I surprised to get such quick service, but even the manager came out, Ray, to ask and assure if all was going well. Great service as always will be back again!
