Joel and Heath are professionals, it is obvious they love their work and very important for me, they know Jeeps! I had over-heating issues, not unusual with a 7-year old vehicle with +100K miles!
It took a bit, but they found the issue. Our conversation early on described what may have to be done, even to the point of major engine repair. However, they explained that all options would be explored before spending big money, and sure enough, the found the gremlin without tearing into the motor. I appreciate their communication, honesty, and quality work. And...they like Jeeps!
