Mike said he stopped at an unspecified quickie service business following this experience and was told the coolant level was a couple quarts low after asking to have the fluids checked. He stated he had not seen any signs of a leak and speculated it could have been extra air in the system. He will recheck the fluids and contact the business if necessary. The attitudes and personnel were outstanding. This business did really well.

very friendly and available service
I needed an oil change and John said just bring my car in right away--no waiting for an appt. needed. He and Caleb not only changed the oil, but also checked to make sure everything I asked about in the car was working right. They were busy and still happily took such great care of me. Thank u so much.

Mitch said the staff performed $900 worth of work, but he failed to complete 1 portion of the service. He completed all the services, except the oil change service. He had to make arrangements to get his oil change service the next day, and he did complete the oil change service at no charge. He sure would recommend the business for services.

Reliable, Honest & Great Service
I have taken our vehicles to Bob's for the last five years. I have had a positive experience with them every time. They guarantee their service, they are honest, and they hire only qualified and respectful mechanics. I have two small children and depend on my car for transportation. Their shuttle service is why I chose them to begin with, because I had no way of getting home from the mechanics office. They very graciously take myself and my boys home while our car is being repaired, and then come and pick us up when the car is finished.

Fixes the problems and doesn't invent any
I had a couple of concerns about the car. Bob's crew fixed them by tightening something and cleaning something. They didn't replace anything that didn't need to be replaced.
