Started with one pain in the arse SUV Steering issue that the dealer wanted $1500 for replacement of the entire assembly after 3 previous visits to them, and Cartech not only said it wasn't needed, but made one adjustment for close to nothing. So I said "what else..." and they basically fixed all the previous dealer (costly) issues for about half of just the steering. While that SUV has been passed on, they now have my current SUV, and 3 other autos from my family alone. It's the trust and integrity based on their extensive auto and customer service experience that afford them to be my personal mechanic. I hope they never retire because they are the gold-standard for what auto-shops owners and mechanics we're, should be, and if you can find them, still are.
