Kimya said this business was overpriced. The guy in the office was rude and he seemed like he was trying to get her to buy parts that were not necessary. She said she felt he was not trustworthy. He was in street clothes and he looked like he was not supposed to be there that day. The parts were expensive. They were double the price of other parts stores. The mechanic that actually worked on her vehicle was pretty good and honest. He told her that she only needed one part and it would fix her problem. She liked him and she would probably go back if she could have a guarantee she would just be dealing with him. She wanted them to do extra work for her by having them install new spark plugs and wires but they quoted her $180 in labor. It was expensive and it shouldn't take them an hour and a half to do the work. She needed an oxygen sensor and they were going to charge her $80 for the part when the cost of the part ranged from $19 to $56. She thought they were trying to overcharge her by saying it was going to take longer to do the work than it actually should take.

Jennie said the technicians are great and courteous, and they did a good job. She said the owner lied multiple times and she felt disrespect as a customer. The reason she would not recommend this business is because of the owner's lies and she was charged extra money. She was given a price quote for a condenser and he could not get it without the radiator. To cover up the error, she was told it was for a radiator leak. She took his word for it. She was given a discount and the tax was taken off, but she will not return.

There was no error or lieing the only way we were able to purchase the part was as a radiator/a/c condensor combo I bent over backwards to try and explain this and even gave you a discount but obviously you still don't understand, and that is what I am sorry about.

Douglas said he was told the servicing would take two hours. When he returned, he was told that the vehicle would be ready by lunch time. After lunch, he returned to find that the vehicle was still not ready. It took the business all day to service the vehicle but he was not given an explanation as to why.

Douglas we are so sorry your car was not finished when you excpected, I spoke with the Service Writer at the Miramar location and he was under the impression that you did not excpect your car until 4:00 pm when you got of work, in the future he will make sure we have it done immediatlety.
