Frustrated but hopeful
I like the people at Chico Hyundai. They are friendly and they try. My problem is with the workmanship. I have taken my car in for numerous issues with the fit and finish of the Hyundai Sonata. Too many to list. The dealership has been very responsive and has tried to address each one. I am super picky when it comes to my car. The main problem occurs is when I bring the car in to have a warranty issue taken care of the person working on it damages something else in the process. This doesn't occur every time but often enough to annoy me. Again, my problem is not with the front office people it's with the fit and finish of the car and the people who sometimes work on my vehicle. Regards.
