John said his experience with this business started out rocky, but ended in a positive note. He would call and leave messages at the this business but no one was returning his calls. This business was poor with communicating to him for 3 days. Finally, he spoke to Ray who was helpful regarding his communication with the repairs to his vehicle. He said in the beginning, a part for the vehicle had to be ordered and the employee asked him to call the business to check to see if the part had been received, instead of the business calling him once the part was received. Once the part was received the business held the part until he could bring his vehicle in for the repairs. He said once his vehicle was repaired he was satisfied, happy with the repair. He was also pleased with the assistance he received from Ray. This business did a good job and the repair was completed in a timely manner.
