Minh said he was 90 percent satisfied with the quality of the repair, because there is an issue with his navigational screen and it has been flickering. It wasn't flickering before he dropped it off, so he plans to contact the business regarding this issue, sometime in the next week. His vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days past the time it was promised, because they found additional damage and due to a parts delay. He mentioned that the service was excellent. Keith, the manager, was really good and he was his main reason for having such a great experience. The people at the business take ownership of their job and they walk through every step. They also go outside of their work to ask how the customers are doing. They did a phenomenal job and he has already recommended them to others.
