Victor said the overall experience with Crest Cadillac Body Shop was a 2 due to the time it took to complete the repair. The promise time for the repair was given for between 3 and 4 weeks. The shop was called after the repair had been started during the second week. When he called the shop his calls were returned by Stephanie during the repair. Due to the time spent on the repair he would not recommend. The vehicle was completed after 4 weeks and not having his vehicle was inconvenient. Victor also said parts to complete the repair had to be ordered during the last days of his repair.

We apologize for the inconvience of you not having your car, it does seem that we met our promise time and that you were happy with the completed repairs. Accidents can be very inconvenient and frustrating. We hope that we were able to put your investment back to pre loss condition and thank you for the opportunity.
