Spoke with Lori. She said the vehicle was delayed a week but the business didn't provide a reason for the delay. She added the business didn't call her during the repair experience. According to Lori, after 3 days of the vehicle being late, she called the business to find out what was going on. Therefore, she isn't satisfied with the communication.
