Julie said the vehicle was not ready when promised. She had been told it would take 4 weeks, but it ended up taking 3 months. This was because it ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated and the paint had to be stripped down to the sheet metal. Stephanie was wonderful and she went far above what was expected. The painter did an amazing job. Her vehicle is a 2001 and she has been told it looks like a brand new vehicle. The people who detailed her vehicle did an amazing job, especially on the interior. She asked a Mercedes-Benz dealership where she should have her vehicle painted and they told her this is the best painting business in town and she agrees.
