Peter said he was told he would get his vehicle back in 2 days, but they had it for 7 days because a wrong part was delivered. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call every day for a status report and he wasn't satisfied with this business' communication because he had problems getting them to return his calls. He will not recommend them to friends and family for the above reasons. The quality of the repair however, was good.

Peter, We apologize that we were sent the wrong part and that delayed your repairs. We strive to provide the best service possible, some times we are limited by things that we can't control. I know that you called everyday to check on the progress, but we normally only update when changes occur in the repair process. As you know once we received the correct part your car was done within two days, which was our original promise time. We are glad that you are happy with the repairs and hope that you will not need any more body repairs soon, but we are here for you if so.
