Spoke with Jiang. She said they did not call her she had to call them. She called them at 2 pm on the day it was to be ready and the person answering the phone was rude. She told her if she wanted to pick the vehicle up dirty she could get it right then. She was then not called until 5:30 pm and told the vehicle was ready. They close at 6:00 pm. She had to get the rental vehicle back that day so she rushed down to get the vehicle before they closed. The other employees were very nice.
