Heather said the business took two weeks longer than expected. The vehicle was not detailed. She was told they had to send the vehicle out for a part that was not ordered. She had to initiate contact with them every time and still had trouble getting a call back from them. They had a lack of communication. Due to this experience she would not recommend this business to others.
