Service took too long recommended unneeded services.
Took almost 5 hours to do an oil and filter change. Tried to get me to change the sparkplugs that wasn't due for another 40,000 miles. Car was done 2 hours after promised, and I had to call twice to check on it. Would have been over $300 of unnecessary work. If you do take it here, don't leave the manuel in the car. Keep it with you to refer to.

It's very clean.
For the most part of the visit it was very good. I don't like it when a service person adjusts my mirrors and radio to suit him. When I get in the car, I have to find the settings that suit me again. Also, the fellow that staff member that filled out my service complaint, didn't know about the blue tooth in my car or how to set it up. He had to call a specialists in to adjust my Bluetooth to my new cell phone. It was eventually done properly.
