Jacob said this business didn't address the issue he had with his tire. His vehicle basically runs the same way as it did before and chose not to elaborate. He mentioned he felt the service was a little expensive considering all they did was change 2 spark plugs and replace a few wires that he had already purchased. He would not recommend this business for service because of the bad experience that he had with them.

Ann said she brought her vehicle to this business because she had a leak in her brakes. She said this business did not fix everything to her satisfaction because the brake pedal goes down way too far. She mentioned that this business should fix her vehicle correctly and it should be free of charge. She said she will not recommend this business for the reasons stated.

We contacted Ann and she brought the vehicle back in. We found that there was air in the lines and bled the system. We repaired at no charge per our warranty and customer satisfaction policty.
