Excellent and well above.
I received a recall on my Veloster and as I actually live in Dayton Ohio and work as a flight attendant for PSA airline it made it almost impossible to schedule my vehicle in for this service.. I contacted Lavon and he went above and beyond to make this happen.. I have to say that He his counter part in service and the others to include the sales staff, management and the back room guys keep this dealership on the top notch of the measuring stick. Excellent service!
Levon treated me well and kept me informed all the way through a complicated recall-related repair. He set up a rental for us to use, as well. Hyundai stood behind a defect in my vehicle and repaired my 12 year-old Santa Fe at no charge -- I'm a Hyundai customer for life!
