Service is always prompt, friendly people at the service desk.
Came in for regular maintenance and a recall. The service was done very quickly and I was in and out even on the day after Thanksgiving.

The only thing you could make better is the waiting room. I'm not a coffee drinker and there didn't seem to be any other options.

Easy in and out
I had made an appointment for 1 pm and there were several cars in line when I got there. It was time for my oil change. I also received an update on my computer also. I was very pleased in how I was treated. While I was waiting Thanksgiving turkeys were being given to the employees. I really appreciated getting to see that. Thinking of one's employees rates high on my book. I love my Sante Fe and tell all my friends and relatives how I am well pleased with my vehicle and the service i get at Grayson. Thank You1 Judy Q

Hopefully the nightmare is over
First off, Tim Clausell (Serv Adv.) and Brian Johnson (Tech) worked on my 2019 Veloster turbo for 2 months. They were so patient and amazing, and I'm super grateful for both of them. Thank you both so much!! I hope my VT is finally fixed this time. Tim and Brian seriously deserve a raise for all the time and hard work they did. I can't thank y'all enough! 5 stars for both of them.

Second off, Hyundai Motor America Corporate has put me through absolute HELL over this lemon law and this car. I've been dealing with this since May 4th, 2019! Ridiculous! Y'all need some better customer service and compassion. I would not recommend Hyundai to anyone based on how poorly I've been treated by HMA.
