I was pleased that the Hyundai Service Mgr. very quickly responded to my initial complaint, and made complete amends over the phone with me. I am now a very satisfied customer!

"Very disappointed."
I am VERY disappointed and angered that I was charged approx. $36 for an oil change, which (as I realized afterward) should have been "complimentary" as shown on the Oil Change reminder attached to the upper right corner of the windshield at the time we bought the vehicle. I attempted to rectify this by calling the dealership 2 days after the service, and was told by a Sales person that the matter would have to be handled by the Hyundai Business Manager. However, after leaving at least two (2) messages for him (Mr. Rick Cavallata) and then waiting a full week, he never returned my calls. This leaves me to think that this dealership is not very Customer-oriented, and therefore the next time I need service on my Sonata, I will most likely go to another shop.

"The staff is really great!!!"
I came to get my oil changed, the process was nice and easy I was asked if I wanted my car washed I said yes. I left to go take care of some chores and when I got back my car was ready nice and clean, and they changed my oil and all was good and also had a coupon for that service that helped out a lot thank you !

The Grayson team does an excellent job in every aspect. They are care to do the best job and make suggestions on saving money. They are not pushy in getting the customer to spend more.
