check the battery
I have one complaint about servicing of my car. I recently had to get a new battery. When we lifted the cover over the terminal, it was so corroded we could not get the nut off the terminal post. We had to twist the cable to get it off. Apparently when they do the oil change and checkup no one lifts that cover. As a result all I can do is get some baking soda and clean the terminal myself.
Why doesn't someone look at the battery and at least tell me that it needs to be cleaned?
This is not reflective of the person who checks me in, it has to do with the actual looking under the hood.

Easy to work with - and courteous
I can always schedule a convenient time for service with the online reservation system - and I get timely reminders via text before my appointment. Service greeters are very friendly and helpful. Nice place. Bought my Hyundai Veracruz there new in 2011 and keep bringing it there for service.

Cost and wait time as expected
Took Genesis in to replace turn signal light. Normally a simple job but Genesis has a plastic sound proofing shield that has to be removed as well as an air filter requiring 4 bolts be removed. I saw potential for issues. As usual waiting room crowded so hour wait was reasonable as were charges.
