"Excellent Experience"
I took my Hyundai to the dealership to get some recall work done.
I didn't know what to expect since I knew this work would be done for free- and I was concerned they wouldn't give it priority as a result.
I couldn't have been more wrong however. They've got me as a loyal customer from here on out!

"Always do great work"
Anytime I have been to the dealerships to have my car serviced the staff has been courteous and helpful. I have not had a single issue.

Took me in as soon as I arrived was told 1 1/2 hour (and it was). I ask if there were any discounts and Brandon assisted me with active coupons.

"Great service and people!"
The advisor assigned to me was Tim because Clayton had the day off. My 14 yr old Santa Fe died on me for the first time ever and had to be towed - that tells you it's an awesome vehicle. Everything went smoothly and Tim was very delightful to talk to. Robert was my salesman for my Santa Fe and will definitely be the salesman I buy the next one from. All in all, a great experience.

The person that waited on me was efficient and followed up with me compared to other visits. He also had the car washed and my billed paid just before the car work was completed getting me out a little faster, especially since the amount of time it takes to complete the maintenance as you wait. If

"Service and respect for the customer"
From the time I first called to make the appointment to the time I left Grayson's, Clayton Hurst treated me like I was the most important customer he had. His knowledge about Hyundai and the respect he showed to not only customers but to his peers as well made the experience wonderful. We have been talking about trading in our other car within the next year and have been looking at a Ford but after dealing with Clayton and his service, we will look at Hyundai first .
