Genesis Maintenance
I was in for oil change, bulb change and wiper replacement, 45,000 mile maintenance and car wash. I was waited on immediately upon arrival., received text giving me service reps name and number. The wait time was 2 hrs which I feel is reasonable considering the scope of work done. The charges were reasonable. While you wait they provide internet connection, coffee, water, tv and some magazines. I would suggest they might offer some light snack. Secondly, the waiting area is pretty small and the seating could be more comfortable. Grayson does offer loaner cars but you have to schedule 2 weeks in advance. Harpers only requires a few days notice. Be advised that if you did not purchase your vehicle at Grayson a loaner is not an option.

The only other minor complaint I have is that unlike previous car washes they did not vacuum the interior. My complaints are minor and plan to continue to have my car serviced there.
