It's not often that you find a loyal mechanic shop. Saaman, the head guy of the shop is just that, as loyal as you can get. Gives you different options, prices etc. His service is always superb. We've serviced 3 Mercedes-Benz that we've owned with this shop and have not had a bad experience yet. Definitely recommend them.
