I scheduled my 2012 Ford Edge for an oil change service for Thursday 7/5. I was the first customer to drop off my vehicle when Jim opened for business. I told him I would go for a 2 hour bicycle ride and then be back to pick up my vehicle. When I returned my vehicle was still parked where I left it very discouraging.

I'm so sorry for the miscommunication on our part. We had 2 mechanics on vacation that week & doesn't look like he had schedueled you in as a waiter. We will do better next time. Thank you for the feed back.

Jerret said he's gotten work done by the staff before and they did a good job. He didn't like that they didn't have enough time to do his oil change.
