"Were did the cat cover go?????"
I have a 2002 CL500 MB I keep my car cover when not driven, I took car cover off put it in the trunk and took my car to GT Service Centers on 1/22/18 and met with Robert and he fixed my problem, had to work in the trunk , I p/u the car on, 1/25/18 after part came in cost me $976.94, got home few days later I go into my trunk to get the car cover to put back on the car, to my surprise no car cover, than I called back to the shop s/w Robert he claim no car cover. The car cover cost over $300.00 car cover disappear in the thin air. So now my word against he's word, mean time I am out of the MB car cover for a coupe, out of $300.00 because I did not clean out the car truck before taking it to GT Service Centers. I own 2 mb's and 1 LS400 all 3 cars keep covered when not in use. Now I have to purchase another one, why??????

"87 Fiero GT"
GT serviced my 31 year old Fiero, which I have had since new, performing a tune up, replacing tie rods and replacing some seals on its leaking AC system. Getting the car ready for some summer road trips.

I took my MB CL500, door was not closing tight, I left car, than Robert call me and ask if I could come back to the shop, for he can show me what the problem is. He offer to ways to fix the problem, 1. rebuilt kit, or 2. buy new, and explain the difference between the two, to me.. I gave him the okay to do the job. He order the part , it came in the next day, The next day Robert called me let me know car is ready for pick uip. This is a plus if they do the work you do not get charge the diagnostic fee. They know m Benz.

"Honest, efficient and courteous!"
Brought my vehicle in thinking I had a transmission issue. They diagnosed the issue to a bad on plug coil and had me back up and running in no time. They also recommended I change my plugs as there was evidence of carbon induced arching. I knew the plugs were long overdue to be changed and appreciated them looking beyond the immediate problem of the coil to ensure all issues were resolved. Great service at a fair and honest price! Thank you!

"2003 Town Car"

"Fast friendly reasonable"
Took me right in with no appointment. Had trouble getting my car started for several days. Owner stopped what he was doing to start troubleshooting electrical problems in my car had me fixed in about an hour and out the door. Hands down the best customer service in this industry. Thank you
