Oscar said he had to take his vehicle back 3 times before they got it right. He said someone didn't know what they were doing. The paint didn't match at first, but now it looks right. It looks perfect. He's satisfied with the quality of the repair. They were very nice about it. He said no one is perfect and things like this happen. He's happy now.

Andrea said the overall experience was a 4 due to a small chip being on the hood of the vehicle where it meets the grill. The collision department was to have called her back concerning this and she is still waiting for his call. The vehicle was ready four days later than promised due to the part delay.

Jason said this place of business did a great job as far as his vehicle. He said he only rated a 4 because with the rental company he paid in cash for his deposit and they gave him back a check. He doesn't have a checking account.
