Thomas said his experience was fantastic but there was some miscommunication twice. On his first call, the woman at the front desk scheduled him for the appointment but when he got there the gentleman told him he didn't understand why he was scheduled because he did not have anyone to work with him. Thomas was rescheduled for the next day by the same woman but when he got there, the gentleman told him he name was not even on the schedule. The gentleman told him to leave his vehicle and he would take care of it. The work was fantastic and the staff was great and the work was done before the promised time.

Mason said he purchased his vehicle here before they had a chance to detail and clean it. While they were detailing it, they found some damage and they repaired it. The bumper on the side near the headlight sticks out a bit and it's visible, but the salesperson he had really did a great job of taking care of him.

Clarine said everything went smoothly, she drove up to this business, they came out and looked at her vehicle. They arranged for her to get a rental vehicle, they told her about when it would be ready, told her they would call her, and they called her. They were very courteous, they had detailed her vehicle, everybody there was courteous and she was happy. She couldn't see where her vehicle had been damaged before.

Christopher said the business worked with him because he needed them to take their time to get the vehicle done. They did take their time getting it done. He was waiting to get his check in the mail and he didn't want his vehicle rental to run out before he got his vehicle fixed. His insurance company gave him his rental vehicle a couple of days before they were supposed to. He was able to keep his rental vehicle up until his vehicle was done because this business took their time doing it. There was room for improvement with the quality of the repair, but it was great.
