Wilma said everybody was very professional, pleasant and nice. Her vehicle was at the business for a month. They never actually told her how long the repair would take until after two weeks of it being there. It ended up being ready two days early.

Randall said they did a very good, but it could have been better. They could do a better job of communicating. If, he did not call for updates, he would not have know what was going on. His vehicle was delayed 3 days. The part was late or they forgot to order it.

Mariela said when she went to pick up her vehicle, they had not repaired the scratch they were supposed to. Her service was delayed about 10 minutes. They did not call to update her on the status. She had to always call them, but the customer service was great.

Mariah said the front and back bumper clips have popped off, there's a scratch in the paint and the dent came back. The staff was awesome, great and super nice. Travis was rude by not returning her phone calls and not responding to her emails. Travis took down all her information but when she went in for her appointment, there was no information found. She had to call in for status updates because he never kept in contact with her. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready in one or two days but it took 1 week and the window is still not fixed.

Spoke with Mary. She said this business did a very nice job on the repair and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The vehicle was delayed by about a week because they had trouble getting a part in. They did not explain that the part in question was on backorder until 6 days into the process.
