Bobbi said the paint does not match on the bumper. They have told her that because of the bumper being plastic, the paint will never match. When the vehicle was purchased, the paint was matching so she does not understand why it does not match now.

James said they could not find the cab for his vehicle for almost two weeks. It was close to a month and the rental vehicle he was using ran out. Other than this slight delay, they kept him updated and they were honest in telling him that they had lost the cab for his vehicle. They buffed it, which was great. They were knowledgeable kept him really well informed. His vehicle was not ready when promised but he does not remember exactly how much later it was ready. He does not believe it was their fault but that it mostly had to do with the shipping of the cab.

Chuck said the service at this business worked out really well. There was some confusion with some lost paperwork but he is not sure if it was this business or the insurance company. He waited for a week before he called to find out if they found it so they could start the claim.

Colleen said she was given a suggested due date when to expect her vehicle but she felt a week was excessive, especially when no one called her to keep her updated on the status. She had to call and when she was told it was ready, she was only given a short amount of time to pick it up before the business closed, which made it chaotic for her to find a ride on short notice. She would have appreciated more communication and lead time from the business.

Ronald said the insurance company opted not to replace the trunk, which put the burden on this business to fix it. It is hard to do when they were not working with new materiel. When he went to pick up the vehicle, the trunk lid was poorly done. So, he returned it. The second time they called him, they were not happy with the paint on the trunk lid so they kept it and did it over. The third time, they got it right. No one communicated with him during the two weeks his vehicle was there.

Brandon said they did a really good job. The only thing is the glove box which was broken in the accident did not get replaced and he did not realize this until he was leaving and his passenger went to put something in it. The vehicle had been taken to a different facility but they would not guarantee genuine Toyota parts so he had it towed here. He had done a walkthrough with the other facility but not at this one. He understands how it was missed. They even replaced the windshield which had been cracked before the accident and replaced one of the hub caps that had been missing previously. He had told them that but they had it replaced anyway.

Nancy said her vehicle had drip spots in the paint and she had to leave the vehicle there for an extra day. Her radio was not working because the business forgot to screw her antenna back in and left it on the dashboard. She asked for the business to put air in her tire because her tire pressure light was on and they failed to do so. She was satisfied with the repairs once they were finally done. The vehicle was done seven days later than originally promised because they were trying to get the insurance company to approve a brand new tailgate for the three month old vehicle instead of repairing it, then it was another day late because the paint did not meet her standards. Ahmed along with the lady who helped her were exceptionally nice and she enjoyed them.

Chance said when he picked up his vehicle, he paid the $500 deductible. They called him and communicated they had not received the check from his insurance company. He needed to pay $517 and the insurance company would reimburse him. When he sent his wife to pay the bill, they charged her over $600. He called to inquire about the extra fee, was told they made a mistake and they would reimbursed him $120. He had to call for over a week and a half, and hr finally received the check yesterday. There are nicks on the tailgate. The staff was very respectful, nice, friendly, and he enjoyed working with them.

Mike said this business took a while to service his vehicle, which caused him to keep his rental longer than he had anticipated and it cost him more money than he thought it would. There was a female staff member working in the office, she was very helpful. He appreciates that and that is part of the reason he would return to them, mainly because of her because she really seemed like she was sincere in trying to help him.
