Alice said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. She said there was a parts delay the first time. When she called again the next time there was another excuse. She said there was always some kind of excuse. Her vehicle was ready two days late.

Spoke with Keith. He said his vehicle was damaged while in service at the dealership so they sent it to this business for repairs. The first time around there were scrapes that remained and a big bubble in the paint. There was over spray on the windows and rims. After he got the vehicle back the second time there was still over spray but it was a lot better than the first time. He was most unhappy with the long time and inconvenience of having to take the vehicle back.

Daniel said his insurance would pay for up to 20 days while repairs were being done. His vehicle was not completed within that time frame and cost him 4 to 5 days of out of pocket. He was not given a promised time but said he thought it should have been completed within 20 days. This business did tell him to drop the vehicle off for one day and they would give him a rental vehicle and repair the radio, which was not completed during the initial repairs. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Eduardo said he chose this business because they are winners of the 2012 Best Collision Center award and they are certified by Toyota. He did have to drive one and a half hours to get to them. He was not satisfied with the amount of feedback he got from them. They were supposed to keep in touch with him to let him know his parts had arrived and he could bring the vehicle in but they did not keep him updated. He contacted them many times and did not get a call back right away. He would have liked that process to have gone better.

Emilio said he has to return to them to buff out some spots. This business never got back to him when he called them. He was told he would get his vehicle back on Thursday, so he called on Thursday to find out if it was ready, but it wasn't. The person he spoke with on the phone told him he would call him about when he would get his vehicle back, but he never called. He needed to get his vehicle back, so he went to the business later in the day to find out when his vehicle would be ready. When he got there his vehicle was ready. He wasn't given a reason for the delay.
