Horrible Customer Service
It took almost 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. The General Manger (what a character) was confrontational and accused me of calling him a liar one minute after I tried to negotiate or bargain the price $ 200 down. He was willing to let a $ 27000 fall apart over $200. The process was so lengthy that I noticed other customers were having pizza while negotiating their purchase. I've also witnessed an Asian customer who were made to ring a dong to celebrate and the completion of her purchase!!!! How racist is that!! Even when they try to force you, using their sales pitch, to by their extended warranty and you decline they will say to your face, ah, you have too much money! Who in the hell would say that to a customer?? POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
