This shop has deceived me in more ways than one. There unethical they have no moral compass. I was a target for this shop to cheat me out of $299.00 for a repair that was not done accordingly. Unfortunately I just recently found out it would of been better to have known early on, but better late than never. I doubt I am not there only victim. My current mechanic had to replace three serpentine belts which J&S auto had charged me for the same repair not even a full year ago. I’ve now payed for the same repair twice and J&S auto had no explanation as to why this is so. My mechanic whom I trust showed me all three belts and the brands were different. I believe J&S only replaced one belt yet they charged me for three if the job had been done correctly the first time these belts should have lasted me way longer than eleven months. Not only did they scam me I was lied to about the amount of repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle as well. J&S auto gives mechanics a bad name. God will handle them they will not get away with their wrong doing!
