Do NOT bring your car to J&S! Been dealing with a service manager full of attitude since I was introduced to him! Brought my car in for check engine codes(Specifically p0017)and after diagnosing they said they could do the work and ran me just under 4000!! Specifically stated wanted it back with no check engine! After the work was "completed" received my car back with the check engine light STILL on.(originally "fixed" 2022) Fast forward to February 2023 and my light is still on. Went in and spoke with the service manager about how I just want my car fixed should've been when I spent just about 4000! He wanted to do absolutely squat outside of be condescending and rude. Mentioned I had brought to Hurd auto for 2nd opinion and Hurd stated they didn't do the work they should've and it would run another 4000 to fix what they couldn't!!!! After looking over the write up from Hurd stating they should've did the timing chain they repeatedly disagreed and the service manager only offered to redo the sensors. The least possible hit to them while again I had to eat they did 4000 worth of incorrect work! I said I just wanted my car fixed. They scheduled to take it in and fix again. Get the car back and no light thank God! Think my issues are over!!! WRONG!!!!!!!! SAME CODE comes back a month and a half later! Pretty interesting they advertise a warranty on their work but don't want do the actual work or make a wrong right! Specifically dealt with Rick and the 44 Roseland Ave location in Warwick!
