That said, the price for the repair was about 10% less than my normal mechanic charges and it appears to be done well. They also gave me a cup with candy and a thank you note which was nice.
But if I use them again I'll insist on a realistic timeframe and an estimate before the work begins...if the price had been high this would have been a serious problem. As it was it was just heard for me to plan my weekend thinking I'd have my car then had to change plans at the last minute.
As previous conversation I was under the impression due to you dropping off your vehicle I had a few days to look at it. I diagnoised your vehicle and found out it was under factory warranty and didn't charge any fee to do this. I offered to deliver it to Hyundai dealership to have vehicle repaired under warranty at no cost to you. My apologies for not getting your vehicle to the dealership the day prior.
