Nice to find a trustworthy repair shop for Saabs. My only complaint was the car was dirty!

Electrical issue diagnosed and repaired with new battery cables. Saabs can be tough to work on. These guys know their Saabs. Saab repair can be expensive because of the parts and expertise. They do get it right. This was my third repair and some repairs have been Typical Saab computer nightmares. They are experts and I expect to pay for their ability. You want your Saab right. Pay the man.

The shop was able to diagnose a broken key fob using an electrical Bosch device. They also were able to order a replacement key/fob that was cut to my Vin number specifications. They were able to then pair that with my other key and fob and to my SAAb 95. It was not a cheap fix but in dealing with old cars that are out of production that is expected. My recent experience at a well known car wash in Hinsdale, Ill. turned out to be a very expensive one when they broke my key fob. So I learned my expensive lesson and will not go back to Fullers.

They always explain what they did and they get me to feel comfortable with my 2001 93 again
