Some confusion made it less than perfect
not sure what really went wrong but there was some confusion on one of the items to be done. Also the price charged was incorrectly tallied two times. The cashier was not customer service friendly and definitely needs some training in that area. She seemed more interested in getting the transaction done than to listen to an accounting problem.

Good people
Without going into too much detail, they could have gouged me for what they did for me. They didn't at all. In fact I was amazed at the final cost. That aside, everyone there seemed extremely friendly and you can just tell when people are just going through the paces of their job and when they actually are trying to give you great service. My experience was the latter. I was greatly impressed by literally everyone in the dealership that I encountered, front to back.

It's great that MJ service finds all problems .That you ask of them,but there is another noise but they did look outside the box and ask if I wanted that noise fixed.
The first car I bought from MJ was a 2006 Sonata. Witch pain peeled off the car for No other reason than a poor prep from the company.This Santa Fe has been serviced very well from MJ service department.Thank you service department..
