Love the Service Department
I recently brought my Tucson in for a routine oil change. I asked Bena, my Service Advisor, if they could check to see why my clock was no longer displayed. Bena said she received several calls about clocks disappearing on the same day as mine. Unable to fix the clock issue, Bena said she would get an answer for me. The next morning, Bena called and said she got an email back and knew how to fix the clock display. So I stopped by the service department and Bena fixed the issue in about 2 minutes. I am very happy with Service Department and I actually do get service with a smile!

Fixed like it never happened!
We purchased a new Santa Fe XL at the end of May, and while on vacation in July, a large rock or piece of asphalt was kicked up by a car in front of us on the highway and substantially dented the front end of the hood. I brought it in to get fixed, and was given a free loaner car. Picked up my car today and it's repaired so well that it's like it never happened. The cost was fair, IMO, and they cleaned and polished the entire exterior of my car. It looks brand new!
