Purchased certified used car. Exactly 1 week later the check engine light came on. They took me in 1st thing Monday am, gave me a loaner thru Enterprise, and made the necessary repairs FOC. Granted, the car shouldn't have had to get repairs, but they certainly made good on it.

Good experience
I go to MJ Sullivan for routine oil changes and maintenance.
The front desk staff are so nice...Never make me feel like I'm bothering them.
Just wish it didn't take so long to have the maintenance done as I'm not walking in...I have an appointment

Bena Explained the Situation Well
I have been having problems with the tire pressure light coming on. Very annoying. If replaced, it would be the third since I bought the car. It's an expensive part, but I was told that having purchased the extended warranty, the cost would be more reasonable. I left feeling better than when I came.

Very good customer service
I usually go in for routine maintenance, but when there is a problem the people there explain what's wrong in detail without pressuring me into getting extra work done right away. Though some services (not all) could be done cheaper at other places, I like bringing my Hyundai here because they know my car well and will alert me to recalls and any services covered under the warranty. The customer service is one of the main reasons I keep going back.
