outstanding service department.
quickly found problem and corrected it. although am deeply concerned that the wiring harness-knock sensor was found defective. my new vehicle (2018 Hyundai sonata sport) had no indication that there was anything wrong. While driving the check engine light started to flash and I lost power. this could have been a very serious incident 2018 Hyundai sonata had there been traffic that I would have had to deal with. I did some research on my computer and found that other 2018 sonatas experienced the very same problem. the fix was exactly the same ( a defective wiring harness-knock sensor).This is my 4th Hyundai sonata I have purchased and this is the only one I have had ANY problems with. I only have 10,650 miles on my 2018 and now seriously considering trading and will have to take a deep loss. mj Sullivan is a excellent dealer with a great staff. I would recommend the business.

How can auto service be any better! From easily scheduling a service appointment, being taken in within 10 minutes of arrival, enjoying fresh coffee, being paged when my vehicle is ready, having the service advisor explain what was done, and getting a free car wash on top of it! And I always make a point of making my appointment with my go-to service advisor, Bob L.! Best ever!
