Quality service
No one likes having to have service done on their vehicle, let alone having to shell out the big bucks for it. But I get treated with respect by the staff at MJ Sullivan and am never pressured into buying any service that is not urgently needed. As a woman, and one in her sixties, I appreciate not being taken advantage of when I come here, which I know happens at other places.

Great service and staff
Service has always been excellent and the service staff have always been both professional as well as personable at this dealership. Staff have always taken the time to answer any questions I've had, This is the only dealership that I have allowed to service my Hyundsis' in over a decade.

Had a good experience for my first Hyundai service. I had been told that my car would be washed and vacuumed after the service, but that didn't happen. I contacted my salesman who looked into why and told me they don't do the wash/ vacuum on Saturday's....which is when I went in!

A Pleasant Experience
I chose to wait for about two hours while my car was being serviced but was surprised after a wait of
only 1 hour and 20 minutes. In addition, the waiting room was clean and comfortable so the time passed quickly. This was efficiency at its best.

Always happy, appointment person could be more pleasant!
I understand why you encourage people to make online appointments, the female I spoke with needs a refresher on how to be friendlier. Perhaps Shawn could give her a lesson or two. He was great, both in explaining what needed to be done and called my husband when I requested. When I called with a follow up questions a fews days later, he was again, pleasant and answered my question.
