Fran said that whenever she goes to this business they are friendly. They are honest in the evaluation of her vehicle and are fair in their pricing. They are very pleasant, honest, and very, very, friendly. They are very knowledgeable about vehicles and are really great people. They always follow through and if they say they are going to call her, they always do. They always check with her before they do any work on her vehicle. They are congenial, they work around her schedule, and make her feel important.

Review update!
Roy contacted me to bring the PT back into the shop so they could check it over. They corrected the problems at no extra charge and it runs great, with no more brake noise. Roy went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Thanks!

Some good, some not so good...
On our first visit, we had the front brakes done as well as a tune up and a front wheel bearing done. The car ran like a top after our first visit, but the brakes screech horribly now and there is an occasional rubbing sound/vibration when I step on the brakes. Regrettably, less than a week later, our timing belt broke and valves were bent. The repair was lengthy because of the stupid engine arrangement, but I had faith in the guys. Unfortunately, it now has a very rough idle, especially when in gear and with the a/c on.
I think most of the problems have more to do with it being a PT Cruiser, one of the most disappointing vehicles I've ever owned, than the garage. They're always very friendly and helpful there.

Doug said his son took his vehicle in for service. He was told the vehicle would be ready the next morning so he could use it to get to work. It was not ready. He had to take the vehicle and they told him to bring it back at 7:00 am on Monday and it would be ready for him at 2:00 pm. It was not ready at that time either. It is important to his son to get to work on time. The service advisor he worked with was Roy and he charged his son $426 up front for the work. Doug said he thought that was a little unusual and then they did not get the work done on time. The work itself was completely satisfactory. He would probably recommend them for service but would warn people that they may not get the work done on time. Doug added he was looking for an independent service, rather than a dealership that his son could use and depend on but that did not happen.
