Overall very positive few mistakes
I want to start with overall I am very pleased with the service and the staff. I had a pleasant experience. Some things to tighten up on, I was given a multi point vehicle inspection, it indicated my TPMS works fine. This is not true they have been dead for years. They told me I needed a repair, I asked about a related part they said nope that part is OK. Then the next day they called to say oops yeah we need to fix that part too and its an extra couple hundred. Then the vehicle inspection did not catch my parking/emergency brake does not work. This should have been caught and I had to then remember and ask oh hey can you check this (went in for unrelated reason) they did. But overall very positive and pleasant experience they got the parts in and had my car ready with in a day and a half. When I picked up my car though none of my cigarette outlets worked and I obviously need those. It is currently back with the shop to get that fixed as they all worked before I dropped it off. 7/10 experience. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family we are all humans and mistakes get made.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It's great to hear that you had a pleasant experience with our team and that we could get your car back to you in a timely manner. However, we understand that the hiccups with the multi-point inspection and the follow-up on the part repairs were less than ideal. We strive to catch everything and make the process as smooth as possible, so it's disappointing to hear we fell short in a few areas. As for those mysteriously non-functioning cigarette outlets, we'll make sure to plug all those gaps up for you—no one likes a surprise like that! Your overall positive perspective and understanding of our human side are truly appreciated, and we will work diligently to tighten up our process. We look forward to getting everything sorted out for you.
