Part of the Family
The service team at Mike Miller is like part of the family! I drive over 160 miles a day and my car needs servicing frequently - to say the least! The folks at Mike Miller's have done a great job helping keep me safely on the road! Oil changes, tire rotations, tune ups, help keep my car functioning at the top of its ability. When my old tires were showing wear, they gave me a 'heads up' so I could plan on getting the car in and new tires put on, balanced, and all the rest. And when they discover I don't need a service, such as a rotation yet or an alignment, the let me know that, too and save me the money! I call that trustworthy like family!

Fixed their mistake
I was in for a recall fix. I asked them to loosen the bolt on the oil pan, as we couldn’t get it removed. They said it was missing a part and there might be damage to the oil pan. I said that you were the last to change the oil. They said “it’s been almost 2 years” and I said “and only 3,000 miles because my 97 year old Dad bought it, got sick and passed away”. They showed me a filter and said it wasn’t theirs. Then we saw the date, 3 months before we bought it. Apparently, they didn’t change the oil when we bought the vehicle. They immediately apologized, said it was unacceptable, fixed everything, changed the oil, washed the car and apologized again. Everyone makes mistakes? But how you react and how you fix them is what will set you apart. I will definitely recommend and be back!
