Had son's car towed for diagnostics
My son's 2005 Acuar TL broke down on our way home from a soccer tournament. The car was in a dangerous spot on the side of the interstate, so I was trying to find a repair shop that specialized in Honda/Acura to see what the issue was. Otto was the closest so I had it taken there and called to explain what was going on. Their service members were very quick to diagnose the issue and give me some options and their associated costs. They also met me on a Saturday to pick it up because I couldn't get out of work in time. That is above and beyond service with great prices also!
