Good service and share information. Only thing that puzzles me is that my appointment was early in the morning 930 but it still wasn't completed until 5. I dropped it off but not sure why it would take all day to complete if I drop it off so early.

Dishonest and incompetent.
My car was returned to me with unnecessary repairs done costing me hundreds of dollars. It still had the same problems I took it in for which another dealer had to fix and I was told my car wasn’t safe to drive. It doesn’t seem to be surprising that the repair was something that was under warranty. I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt and I was wrong. You’re thieves.

A relaxed atmosphere
Since the new Servive manager came on board things have changed for the better. My concerns are addressed and I get an understandable answer. I know it's crazy but I feel I am paying less for repairs. Everyone there seems happier now and the vibe is more upbeat. Those who wait dont look like they are waiting for a death sentence..lol
