I have been with this dealership since I bought my 2010 Hyundai. Now I have a 2016 Tucson and I love it and they have made my experience there very comfortable and made me want to make them my dealership for as long as I receive the customer service I receive. Everyone there is nice and easy to talk to. I have never received a bad experience from no one at Pacifico. I love Pacifico and they are my dealership because we have a relationship. Keep up the good work.

Not happy
My visit was very pleasant however when trying to make an appointment you never get through to anyone unless you leave threatening messages. Car was fixed and next day back to normal now have to go back for a third time and hope it's fixed right. I would recommend the business to a friend but only because dennis is awesome and the service inside is great but it needs maintenance needs improvement

Under the new Eervice manager you can see how much the atmosphere has changed. Before it was the waiting room of despair...now there are maybe 2 people waiting because the management sends you home by Uber and if you choose to wait well enjoy Coffee and a nice hot Pretzel. Glad I can finally trust a service center.

Pacifico staff are pleasant and knowledgeable but the wait to have a vehicle serviced takes a bit longer than expected. Over an hour and a half wait is outrageous.
