Whether it is routine maintenance or an issue that requires diagnosis, they technicians and managers talk to me in simple terms, explain the issues they have found, and discuss all available options. I’ve been bring my cars to Performance Auto for years and their customer service is outstanding. I’ve asked questions in regards to options on what can and or should be the work completed and their honesty is above reproach. The workmanship is outstanding.
Everyone is always friendly! Always calls to explain all costs and details before they start, especially if they have uncovered something more than what was scheduled.
Had to have tires replaced and they recommended the best set for my Audi tts. Handles great now. The staff were friendly and even had rebates from manufacturer ready for me to submit.
