Great service!
Had a great experience with the service advisors as well as the whole repair process. I was able to receive a loaner for the duration of the service and that really helped out. Gave me upfront price estimates as well as an updated estimate after inspection. Highly recommended. Thanks, will be returning in the future!

Only negative thing is that I bought a new battery from them and they still charged me $25 to check it on top of the battery price.

Anna said she had an uncomfortable feeling when it came to let her know the cost. She was emailed a cost but then she received a call changing the price. It was $50 more. They were fast and friendly.

Awesome Mechanical and Customer Service
Took my 1986 Mustang GT, which had been sitting for 9 years to PA. From the beginning and throughout the repair process they were awesome. My Mustang is a one-owner car, so very near and dear to me. The repairs were great, even purchased new tires from Craig at the best tires I found them at. Since my car took a bit longer to get to than originally thought, he had it washed before returning it. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, I recommend PA to anyone. Just fantastic!!
